Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within less than 3 hours' notice will be charged at 100% rate of treatment.
Arrival Time
Please be at home or at your choosen venue 15 minutes before treatment time. Late arrivals will result in a reduction in the treatment time.
Minimum Treatment Value
Minimum treatment value per Therapist is R580.
Treatment Charges
Corporate Funtions, Bridal and Spa parties and Wellness Days are charged either per Therapsit per hr or at individual costs per treatment.
Call Out Fee
Outside the greater Cape Town area a small travel fee will be applicable. Cape Mobile Spa travel costs are well below the official AA travel rates .
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday from 08h30 till 21h00. Sunday 10h00 - 20h00.
On Special request Therapists will travel to clients after hours at an additional treatment cost. Please contact Cape Mobile Spa for detail

Cash after completion of treatment or EFT on receipt of invoice
